§1 STB definition

Surf Travel Bali is an online travel agency, mainly for surftrips and holidays.

§2 Responsibilities

Surf Travel Bali and all partners of Surf Travel Bali are not responsible for inherent risks during your trip or holiday. Surf Travel Bali trips and holidays may include surfing, diving, swimming, fishing, boating and water crafting, bungy, cliff jumping, motorbiking island exploring, wild animals watching and other activities which have inherent risks and are potentially dangerous.

Accidents or incidents may appear during ordinary travel conditions. Surf Travel Bali cannot be made responsible for death, injury, damage, loss, late arriving of the guest, late arriving of baggage, delay, cost expenses, weather, bad surf conditions and other bad conditions beyond our control.

§3 Payment

• 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Final Payment is due 90 days prior to departure and is non-refundable.
• A failure to pay the balance will result in a loss of the booking and the deposit.

§4 Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is mandatory for any trip or holiday booked with Surf Travel Bali

§5 Cancellation Policy

A trip can be cancelled, but it must be prior 90 days to departure. Surf Travel Bali doesn’t refund for early departure of a trip or holiday and Surf travel Bali doesn’t provide refund for bad surf and weather conditions. Also there are no refunds for unstable local, national and global political situations which do not influence the operation of the holiday or trip.

§6 Documents

• Travel passport is mandatory for any trip or holiday booked with Surf Travel Bali.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
• Valid visa is required.
